CUSTOMIZATION/MODULAR SOLUTIONS
CUSTOMIZED MODULAR SOLUTIONS- A key highlight of this project was the delivery of a highly tailored modular solution valued at ₹3 Cr. which consists of 2 floors, designed to align with EY’s Pan India workplace requirements. The approach focused on combining functionality, scalability, and refined aesthetics to create a cohesive workspace experience across locations.
DESIGN & INNOVATION- One of the standout features was the development of a unique screen with curve metal frame concept with proper R&D, specifically designed for EY and implemented consistently across multiple locations. This not only enhanced visual continuity but also improved spatial flow within the work environment.
To further elevate the design language, reverse chamfered edges were introduced on curved + circular surfaces as well as earlier we used to give reverse chamfer on straight areas only 2 side, adding a subtle yet premium aesthetic detail while maintaining ergonomic efficiency.

CUSTOM WORKSTATION SOLUTIONS- In addition, tripod workstations were specially customized to meet EY’s specific functional and design requirements. These solutions were engineered to balance stability, flexibility, and modern design, ensuring they seamlessly integrated into the overall workspace layout.
OUTCOME- The combination of modular scalability, thoughtful customization, and design innovation resulted in a cohesive and high-performance workspace solution, tailored specifically for EY’s evolving needs across locations.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The project was initiated with the receipt of the Purchase Order in May 2025, followed by a detailed phase of planning, design alignment, and approvals. Production commenced in September 2025 after finalizing all specifications and requirements. Despite the compressed execution window, the project was efficiently managed and successfully completed by December 2025, adhering to the planned timelines and delivery commitments for EY.

EXECUTION & PROCESS
EXECUTION CHALLENGES & APPROACH- The project for EY presented a complex set of execution challenges, primarily driven by compressed timelines and a delayed production start. As the project progressed, there were multiple last-minute revisions in site areas and floor allocations, requiring continuous material movement across floors. In the absence of predefined area prioritization, the project team adopted a structured approach by dividing floors into sub-areas and jointly prioritizing execution sequences. With limited storage availability and a fully occupied basement, material handling became a critical challenge. This was effectively managed through close coordination with the factory for timely dispatches, ensuring just-in-time delivery. Additionally, optimal utilization of manpower and available space was achieved through careful planning and real-time adjustments, allowing multiple teams to work efficiently without disrupting site operations.

OUR RESPONSE & EXECUTION STRATEGY- During the course of execution, certain coordination and quality challenges were encountered. There was a short booking, where specific items such as hanging pedestals and name tag holders were not accounted by Design team, which required multiple follow-ups with Design team. As the original PO value had already been exhausted, the sales and project teams worked collaboratively to resolve this through an additional order, ensuring no disruption to the overall execution.
The factory played a critical role by demonstrating exceptional responsiveness—dispatching required materials within 48 hours.
Additionally, minor quality concerns were identified during installation, particularly surface bubble issues on pods and screens on select floors. These were promptly addressed through close coordination with the factory, where improvements were implemented in foam and fabric quality.
IMPROVEMENTS OBSERVED- The project led to stronger focus on quality control and material planning, particularly in addressing short booking of accessories and ensuring better coordination across teams. These learnings have further strengthened execution efficiency for future projects.
OUTCOME- Despite these challenges, the project was executed smoothly through proactive planning, strong coordination, and quick problem-solving across teams. Leveraging our established relationship with EY, built through past collaborations, we ensured open communication, trust, and efficient responsiveness at every stage. This enabled us to successfully navigate all complexities and deliver the project within stipulated timelines, meeting EY’s expectations in both quality and execution, while further strengthening a long-term client partnership.
COORDINATION WITH ARCHITECT & PMC- Coordination with the architect (Aeon Design) and PMC (JLL) was managed smoothly through continuous communication and alignment with the sales & project team. Regular discussions and on-site coordination ensured that evolving requirements were addressed efficiently, enabling steady progress despite dynamic site conditions.
