Rockworth proudly celebrated International Workers’ Day on 1st May 2026 at its Sri City facility, bringing together employees across teams to honor the dedication, hard work, and contributions of its workforce. A key highlight of the event was the Best Performer Awards for 2025–2026, where employees were recognized across various categories such as Best Attendance, Safety & 5S, Discipline, and more. These awards celebrated individuals who consistently demonstrated excellence and set benchmarks within the organization, inspiring others to follow suit.
The recognition ceremony was followed by a joyful cake-cutting celebration, symbolizing unity and shared success. Employees also enjoyed a specially arranged breakfast and lunch, providing an opportunity for teams to connect, relax, and celebrate together beyond their daily work routines.
